We are currently hiring people for the following streams. All positions are located in Chennai.
1. Payroll and statutory compliance
If you have had experience in managing payroll in India either as part of a payroll vendor or as part of a payroll department in a company, we will want to talk to you. You should have had experience in processing payroll on a monthly basis, handling payroll reporting and managing employee help desk related to payroll.
If you are a compliance person, you should have had experience in handling matters related to PF, ESI, income tax, PT, LWF, Shops and Establishments Act, and Factories Act with significant expertise in at least one area.
We are looking for experienced payroll professionals at all levels.
2. Sales
You will be working with sales targets, attracting the attention of prospective customers (by way of cold calls and other means), doing demo of our software, writing proposals, and closing deals. It would be a plus if you have some expertise in online marketing including SEO.
3. Information technology
We are looking for programmers and team leaders to work on our web application. We use Java/J2EE for our application with a lot of open source software (Apache, JBoss, MySQL, YUI etc.) thrown in. If you have a degree from a good institute, it would be great. However, we are equally enthusiastic about talking to those who may have dropped out of school or failed tenth standard, but can code well.
4. Content management
We are in the process of creating wiki/blog/video content for disseminating knowledge on Indian payroll and our payroll platform. If you have passion and experience in creating and delivering content online, and are interested in playing a role in creating an academy for Indian payroll, you should talk to us.
